I made this Weight Watchers-friendly Chicken Parmesan dish and it turned out amazing!

I have to admit, I am not much of a cook. However, I recently discovered that having the right tools can make a big difference. I used to always overcook my chicken, which was quite frustrating. But then I decided to invest in the Meater+ gadget, and it has been a game changer! I must say, I am quite impressed with how easy it is to use and how well it works. Who knows, with this gadget by my side, I may just become a pretty good cook after all!

I started following WW in January and I have learned that dining out is not a good option when you are on WW as it is quite challenging to keep track of the food you consume. Consequently, I have started relying on recipes to help me stay on track. The WW app has a recipe builder feature with a wide variety of recipes that I find very helpful. I stumbled upon a recipe on YouTube and made some adjustments to the recipe to make it more to my liking. Since chicken is 0 points, this dish is now a staple in my home. Of course the whole thing is not 0 points, but still

Here is a screenshot of the ingredients for Chicken Parmesan in the WW recipe builder. Each serving is approximately 6 points.

Instructions:

I cut each chicken breast in half and broke two eggs into a bowl.

In another bowl, I mixed panko, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.

I dipped each halved chicken breast in the egg mixture and then coated it with the panko mixture.

I sprayed the baking pan with olive oil spray and baked the chicken at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

I turned them over and added sauce and cheese on top. Then, I put them back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Additionally, I used the Meater+ and app, which worked great for me, and it was fun to watch.!
