Kielbasa and pierogies may seem like a strange combination but this sheet pan recipe was a hit for my husband and me!
I have become obsessed with sheet pan recipes because they are so easy to prep and they take minimal mess. I am all about a minimal mess! I am not a gourmet cook. If there is an ingredient that I cannot pronounce or haven’t tasted, I will avoid the recipe.
I hope to motivate you with some of the benefits below of sheet pan recipes. I think they are perfect for busy moms.
- They are similar to crockpot meals…set and forget.
- You will use way few dishes. Most times you can just mix everything right on the sheet pan itself.
- Clean-up is so easy because most times you are lining the sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. So after all the cooking is done, you remove the foil and paper and are left with a clean pan.
- They are reasonably healthy because they may include one or more vegetables. Also, they are baked! Who doesn’t love roasted vegetables?
- They serve at least four. So for my husband and I, this could mean two meals. When I make the kielbasa and pierogies, my husband was out of town, so I ate it for three days in a row.
- They usually cook in less than 45 minutes.

Kielbasa and Pierogies - Sheet Pan Recipe
I used frozen pierogies and I did not thaw them out. I did not add the chili powder and it still was delicious!
