One reason why it’s not good to keep secrets is that it can lead to deception and lying. When someone hides something from others, they are usually doing so because they’re afraid of how others will react. This creates a barrier between the person and others and can make it difficult to build trust. Additionally, secrets can be a heavy burden to carry and can cause anxiety and stress.

When was I unkind, cruel, or snarky?

When someone is unkind, they are deliberately causing harm or hurt to another person. This can be done through physical means, such as hitting or pushing, or it can be done emotionally, such as name-calling or exclusion.

The definition of insensitive is someone who is unable to respond to emotional or mental stimuli or someone who is unable to understand or be considerate of the needs of others. In other words, being insensitive means being indifferent to the feelings of others.

This means trying as hard as you can to do something. It means putting all of your efforts into something. It means to do your best.

To be self-focused is to be excessively concerned with oneself and one’s own interests. It can be a negative trait if it leads to selfishness and a lack of concern for others.
