It’s been a whirlwind indeed! While I’m thankful that my mom is now at peace in Heaven, I must admit I’m feeling quite overwhelmed. Amidst her final days, my husband and I had a two-week vacation planned to Branson, Missouri, which we ultimately canceled. Additionally, we bought a travel trailer.
We got a Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S. We wanted to use it right away before winter hit, so we found two campgrounds that were within 20 minutes of my Mom’s facility. We had to try it all out! We fell in love with camping or should I say glamping. We were told that because we are using a travel trailer, it really isn’t camping.
Our first trailer is perfect for us. It is referred to as a couple’s trailer.
We were warned that people would know that we are newbies and possibly consider it “entertainment” as they watch us set up. We were smart and decided on pull-throughs for our first two trips. I was inspired to make this design although I never had the chance to make t-shirts for us to wear on our maiden voyage.
